  1. What can I say . . . . I love you all, you are the most selfless group of people that I have ever been associated. Praying for Michael that he will finally get some relief, and that everyone here gets back what they give 10 fold!! No one deserves it more.
  2. Hi buddy! I'm here. XOXO Keep a close eye on those medical people, and keep us posted.
  3. You are a good dad. Hang in there buddy, and tell Michael that we are praying for him here. Please keep us apprised. BIG (cyber) hugs!
  4. Most here don't experience psychadelic effects from shrooms/seeds at all. The whole idea is to use a dose that is below that level, but that will be enough to stop the cycle. My advice (if you like) would be to start with the RC seeds at a moderate dose (30 give or take) and go from there. My money is on a good nights sleep without any other loss of control.
  5. Dan . . .it's because we ARE always right! Just ask us Seriously, contratulations Jason
  6. You can use the whole thing. Make sure they are cracker dry, then measure them out into separate doses and mark (ie, 1.5, 2.0, etc). Maybe wrap each dose in foil, then place in a freezer ziplock, in the back of the freezer. It stays colder and darker back there. When you need a dose, open the bag briefly while still in the freezer, grab what you need quickly, and close it up. Don't wanna let it get any warm air or moisture in there if you can help it. Keep us posted, and good luck!
  7. You would space any dose of psychadelics for cluster 5 days minimum apart. Of course everyone is different, and sometimes schedules don't permit a strict schedule. You need to give the receptors in your brain time to open back up so that they are again ready to accept the medicine, and that is generally 5 days. As you start to experience improvement, consider spacing the dosing farther and farther.
  8. Welcome Maxx! We are so glad to welcome you here, and your hubby, with open arms. I am the supporter for my (almost) 20 year old son who has been chronic since the age of 12. He is now in college, full time, and living away from home, thanks to this treatment. Please share all this encouraging information with him. He must know that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel. Just one more time he has to trust in those who know his suffering, and he won't be sorry.
  9. ;D ;D O. B. Funny!!!! Seriously, Thanks Jason. And welcome to our quirky little family.
  10. @Kyle, I think Doug must've swooped in with his adm priv and fixed a typo! It was so nice to meet you and Leann this weekend . @Ron, maybe we will finally meet face to face in Vegas BABY!!!!!
  11. Unfortunately, Jeebs, the info at the conference was about the same with regard to cost. Until now, the demand valve has been an enigma to me. I was still completely clueless as to what one looked like until this last weekend. I agree, that an update to the oxygen page would be very helpful with regard to the demand valve system, how it works and how it looks.
  12. I know, we were so sorry to miss you before we left, but I understand that you weren't feeling up to it. (Saw the update on the blog ) I asked him about the schisandra, and he said it gave him an overall pleasant feeling. I will have to look for more here. All three of us felt so fortunate getting to meet you and all the others. Such a memorable weekend.

  15. Good News/Bad News . . . . Bad News: We will have to cut out early on Sunday . . . Good News: Gotta leave because Andrew aka Superman got the lead in his colleges fall play, and he has to be back for the first rehearsal! CAN I GET A WOOT WOOT? Sorry . . . . had to brag a little
  16. It's LOVELY ! ;) ;) You guys are absolutely the best!!
  17. Yeah, I was thinking that maybe the Verap and the Imitrex may actually be causing him increased activity. Facing detox is really scary, but when the worst is over, he will say it was well worth it. It is quite liberating to release your grip on traditional meds and all the baggage they bring.

  19. Welcome Agatha Most here have the same story with minor differences. We understand about it all. So glad you found us.
  20. All good, interesting info. Thanks Ricardo for all your hard work (while you are trying to work)!
  21. Awwww Jeebs! So sad to read your post . You will be missed for sure. As to the others of you, we will be in around check in time 3:00.
  22. Sorry I was MIA for all the lovely birthday wishes! It was a wonderful (my favorite word) day, just like every day is now. Of course my best present of all is being able to watch Andrew enjoying his life. August was very busy as we were getting everything ready for him to move into his dorm. A resumption of his life's plan that got waylayed by 2 years, thanks to CH. Also we had two of his friends (so, yes, three young men, me and a large dog in my little house!!) staying with us for the summer as they had home issues. Now they are all gone, pursuing their lives, and I have peace and happiness where I reside (emotionally and physically ) I remember the sleepless nights, crying and pleading with god on Andrew's behalf. They will never be forgotten, and I am so thankful for what is now. Every day is a gift, so my special day goes on and on. Lastly, I am so thankful for all of you, my extended support system (and source of expensive gifts - - - Ron ).
