Hi, I have been chronic CH for about 4 years. I am about to try mm for the first time. I have read various posts regarding doses. Is the dosing different for chronic vs episodal? From what I can tell I should take 1.5 g every 5 days, or is it just experimenting until the dose starts to work? I would appriciate any advice you may have. thx

  Sometimes chronics have to up their dose but we always recommend 1.0 to 1.5 to start out. Have you experienced mm before?
