my cycle was due,last fall,,(sorry for spelling) stopped last month doseing, now having shadows,,waking me up at the same time every night......ya,we know what that means.....any help...can i...or can't i......

well..,,,wheres the fun guy,,,,been busting for 3 years,once a month,2 months before my cycle,,,im out,,geting shadows.....is it to late???
