Regional groups and maybe more localized metro area groups as well....
Were already "on it" here in Michigan.
Well..... the "next generation"is anyways. The youngsters are inspiring. Andrew,Ashley, Josh, Katelyn.... we are are thinking initially about a Lansing location.Im excited

Bob W. now has pictures from 2014 Nashville. He had indicated that he wanted to be able to make them available on the website.
I simply have too many to be able to send them via email.....

Wow.......... this is some rather exciting stuff!
Superbly interesting also. I spent many hours in between attacks back in 2011 reading some of this type of research.
Coming back now, 2 years later and finding this info on BOL, and now this thread, is very encouraging.

Thanks for the kind words CH..... But as a recovered alkie/addict Ive learned that what "works best for me" is always helping others who are going thru what Ive BEEN thru.
I really had best intentions of hanging around post cycle last time, but........
I do work almost constantly with alkie/addicts..... giving back and serving others,,,,,,,, just like you awesome givers here at C.Busters.
I appreciate your work here!

Thanks CH........ Yeah I just found that missing RC at Iamshaman too. I just placed an order with KT Botanicals. I think I found them in one of your posts to me from back in 2011.
After finalizing the order tho I saw a note about 1-3 days processing and 2-7 days shipping. Best case scenario; they mail them tomorrow and I have them Monday, which is day five
Im pretty sure this is gonna work out just fine.
Now if I can just get past this fear of going to sleep tonite..........

I lost all that info when my computer was stolen later that year........... and ya know........its really weird ( maybe not) that reading some of my posts brought up memories that I had shoved down deep.
I guess its like forgetting the pain of giving birth....
I still feel bad for disappearing from the board here after the last cycle was busted.........

CH,,, yeah right!! What a question eh? I guess I was wondering what we have come to find is the most effective seed available ..... I cant even remember exactly what I got 2 years ago. But I DID find about 30 of them I had jammed in a back corner of the medicine cabinet. I used them Tues afternoon and got 37.5 pf hours
 I did get hit 3 times last night but they were like kip 3 and only lasted 10-15 min.Perhaps I should try the seeds I attempted to bust with last time? And soon?Hey Jeffrey, yep I think I'd be having RC seeds overnighted right now - maybe from Iamshaman.
And here's hoping you run across some vitamin M quicker than growing would allow for.

True that Bejeeber! I think thats who I ordered from back in 2011......... and I WILL do a quick order. Seeing as I did dose with that leftover 30 I should wait till Monday to dose again.

Sorry to have disappeared from here when last the Beast left my house. ( Feb 2011 ).
Its looking like my 8-9 year remission between cycles is a thing of the past.
Last cycle Jan-Mar 2011 was 1.5 years after the prior (09) which had been keeping with the old 8-9 year free period.
Well, it looks like Im being revisited.
Had a couple minor CH last week.( hoped it was just a bad dream) But last night was 4 at 2 hour intervals. Not bad mind you,,,,, but if the past is repeating I know whats coming.
I'm getting my first batch of shrooms started tomorrow. Too late to be helpful with this cycle if it continues,I know.
Perhaps I should try the seeds I attempted to bust with last time? And soon?
Don't remember why but I didnt have them till about 6 weeks into cycle last time.
I have one of the biggest jobs of my career starting THIS weekend......... perfect timing for a visit from the beast. Yuck
I'll be back to check in after tonites CH wake up CALL..... :-/

I just hit the beast with dose #4, RC seeds. I know that post dose experiences vary quite a bit, usually with an increase in activity and/or intensity. Changes in "type of pain" seem to be fairly common too.
My experience this cycle has been similar. I dose, get about 20 hours PF, then a day of the usual 3-6, sometimes lower intensity sometimes not. But then I go 3-5 days completely PF. On day 5 or 6 they start to return. At first just a couple low level kinda strange ones then by the next day its as if the cycle is starting all over again.
My question is this; Is the completely PF period of 3-6 days common? I dont recall reading of this experience on the board here.
I am sure seeds are working. And hope todays dose #4 finishes this cycle, cause its the last of my seed supply.

I hit the beast with dose #3 RC seeds last Thurs 2-24 after a week of ALMOST PF. Dose 2, after the initial HA rebound, (not bad btw) gave me 5-6 PF days. I was surprised to wake up early Tr morning withpain that seemed different but was in the right spot. Ice pack knocked it right out. But I dosed again just to be safe (dose #3). Other than a shadow on fri Ive been totally PF since!!!!!!
I DID wake up at 630 am today....... just like last week though. Pain in the right spot, but different and GONE with just ice in 10-15 min. No build up in Kip level. Just kinda there, and then really gone. Im sittin here now postin cause I thought maybe it was nothing more than a reminder that I have been negligent in posting my recent progress/success.
I am surely convinced that the seeds are an effective treatment for me. I began with them just past the halfway point of a normal cycle and to look at my chart speaks loud and clear! If my chart was graphed the visual would be POWERFUL.
Thanks so much everyone........ I literally would have been lost were it not for the info and support youve given us here.
I am praying for us all...... Gods grace to bear up till we can get grace to bust!!!

rc seeds are the boots! workin really good here. i was on nothing i neededto detox from tho. i wonder if that contributes to my good success here,

Well , good news and (sorta) bad news.. Ive had 48 PF hours (good). Im sittin here at 3am Weds with my friend the ice pack (not so good). BUT........ this a WIMPY ass attempt on the part of the beast to remind me of its persistant "power". HAHAHA...... The beast has been kicked in the nuts so hard,,,,,,, THIS is the best it can do??!! 20 min K2 put down with an ice pack!!! yeah!!
Man....... I SOOOO wish I could just GIVE this to you all!!

rock on Eni........ Its 3 am and I am having my first re-visit from the beast since dosing on friday. Its a lightweight tho and I know it took a big hit from the seeds so my hopes remain high,........ Im really glad you are moving quick on this. Blessings to ya.

RC seeds arrived in mail fri 2-11. 60 seeds, mortar and pestle (great method btw), 5 oz warm water, 1/2 lemon, 2 hour soak............. empty belly.......... 1 hour stomach weirdness (mild) , 2 hours time and spatial distortions (Mild), then nothing.
Sat 2-12
345 am h2o ice k4 15 min
530 am h2o ice k5 30 min-------- ICE RESISTANT first 20 min
8am shadow! K2 ice h2o sleep 1 hour
930 am shadow k2 ice licorice 30 min
10am shadow continues
I have been 100% PF since noon yesterday. Slept a solid 8 hours last night!!!!!!!!!! WEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOO and I FEEL good!!

ohhhh, and I hope Ive not jinxed myself with this post........ but I AM prepared for anything that may come and to dose again in 4 days if needed.

My suggestion............ waste NO time obtaining either seeds or shrooms to bust. I kicked myself in the butt for hesitating. Gotta tell ya, this nummer up the nose reminds me way too much of activity in my past that created a lot of problems!!! dif context tho

Lots of wise insight here........... I feel truly blessed to have found ANOTHER point of specific identification with a group of real human beings.
As I have learned in AA........ "The common bond of sharing in the same problem/peril , while powerful, is not enof to hold us together indefinetely. The sharing in a common SOLUTION, a new way of living holds us together more powerfully as well as indefinetely. " We learn that we can only continue to be blessed with this freedom/solution as long as we continue to "give it to others". With the disease of addiction its a lifelong adventure.
However, I dont continue to work with addicts/alcoholics for my own benefit, I do it because Ive found it true that"to give is better than to receive"..... I have become the richest man I know because the depth of true riches (PEOPLE) continues to grow in my life.
I would like to continue to be here and to offer support even after becoming CH free......... BUT my primary world of giving will remain working with the addicted.
Bottom line is that selfless living paradoxically provides the ultimate payoff!!!
Those who come to receive and choose not to stay are cheating no one but themselves..... And unless they have another outlet of selfless service I feel sorry for them.
Sorry for philosophical rambling, but I am now 48 hours post RC dose #1 AND best of all 27 hours COMPLETELY PF!!!!! Im feeling alittle bit buzzed!! High on life and stuff.. Groovy

Are your day more manageable today?
Hey Ting........ Yes, much more "manageable". SOMEthing seems to be impacting CH's.....Progression of cycle, prayer and/or licorice extract........ who knows??!! But last 2 nights have only had 3-4 CH's per and they have been easy quick aborts. I can almost say I slept well!!
how is the 02 working now?O2----Wellllllll, I got my Optimask last Mon (4 days ago) and promptly ran out of O2. I am really not sure how helpful its been... Most of my CH's have been short 15-35 min and I seem to get thru the 15-25 min ones just as good with only water and ice...... they go just as well with O2 as without. So Im kinda confused on this. At first I thought it was really helpful,,, now not so sure.
Anyway........ its a beautiful sunny day here, currently PF and blessed.......... Pray my blessings flow out to ya'll today!!!

I have acquired a licorice extract 1:1, Brand Name- Natures Answer. The claim is that the alcohol is removed thru a cold process ( Bio-chelated).
The doseage on the bottle is 1-2 ml or 28-56 drops 3 times daily.
I have not quite been maintaining the 3 times daily routine.
But at least once daily I hit a full 2ml dose.
Its been 5 days now. SOMEthing is going on. Last 2 nights Ive only had 3-4 fairly light and quick (easy aborts with water and ice only). But Ive also had CH's show up during the day at unusual times. Shadows have been quite irregular and dont seem to respond to individual doses of the extract.
Is this the right product??

I am really glad you found your way here. Welcome. I rarely question an individual doctors "motives" or intents. But as they say the road to HELL is paved with them. Considering how little the medicos really know I dont claim much knowledge either. HOWEVER, there is one thing I do know........ METHADONE IS THE WORST DRUG I HAVE EVER HAD TO DETOX FROM. Its worse, far worse than heroin. Desperation, can be a fine motivator, if we happen to move in the right course. If not it can get us killed, and fast sometimes.
I will make no further disparaging remarks regarding pain "specialists" and their killer concoctions.
I only hope your success with busting naturally will be blessed by God.
