  1. Donations go to The Cluster Headache Support Group, a not-for-profit organization focused on awareness, education, and support. Any funds received from this campaign, beyond simply covering the costs of the poster at $5, will go toward expanding the awareness campaign.

  2. Hi All, The Cluster Headache Support Group recently started an awareness campaign and is distributing great looking posters. Please consider participating in posting these up to help educate the masses.

They're just $5 each. Please remember the idea is to make these highly visible, where as many as possible can see them and better understand what Cluster Headaches really are. Don't hesitate to post a pic of your posters when they're up. It will be interesting to see where these end up! http://www.clusterheadacheinfo.org/awareness-poster

  3. Thanks Bob! I have a massive group of them in the spring and fall, apparently over an old stump in the ground. I found out they're Coprinellus micaceus. Good for nothing, as you say. We do get a lot of Hen of the Woods and Chantarelles that are really good.

  4. Hi All! It's been quite a while, but I haven't forgotten about you. In fact, I've been working with Doug on a new website for Clusterbusters. We're just about ready to go live, but I'd like to get the help of some reviewers to make sure all is working as expected and that nothing too significant is missing.

I'm asking for 5-8 volunteers for about an hour this weekend. Please let me know if you can help and after I get enough, I'll PM you. Also, in your response, please indicate what browser you use (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc.).

Looking forward to working with you. -Chris

  5. It's a real good idea to have a diagnosis - congrats. There are so many possible secondary headache causes that can be life threatening that it's very reassuring to know what you have, even if it's as awful as CH. How much verapamil (isoptin) did they put you on? -T

  6. Ting, I also had SSRI discontinuation, actually to the point of having brain "jolts" followed by extreme dizziness. It's because the half-life of SSRI's is nearly non-existent. The easy and fast fix, though, is to get back on it and then taper off slowly.

That said, I am dizzy much of the time and have extreme bouts to the point of passing out. I can't drive much, can't fly, and have been known to fall out going to the end of my driveway to get the mail (it's a long driveway). My neuro tells me this is aura with my CH.

    -Chris
