  1. Same here Always active, never slept well - ever, my brain just won't let me! I went to meditation classed for 6 months, but I couldn't switch off to meditate, even my stomach decided to be active and gurgle loudly because I was sitting doing nothing...I have to be up 3-4 hours before I go to work to get the housework done. Always looking for something to do and have to do it at 100 mph...
  2. CHF- the attachment is great - thank you Fabac, well done for fathoming out how to add the link - i';m still trying, and failing...I can't attach an image either!! Maybe i'll catch you up soon I've not needed a spray etc today, just used ice as soon as the tell-tale stab in the eye, cheek etc has started and it's been ok I'd kill for a Gin and Tonic after a long week, but settling for just the Tonic and maybe i'll sniff the gin and watch the hubby drink the beer/wine Have a good one Thanks muchly
  3. This has been an interesting read...the weather took a dramatic turn for the worse last weekend here in the UK, that's when I 'flared up' this time...so yeah, looks like the weather's probably a trigger too!!
  4. Aw wow guys, thanks for all the advice and support. Yeah CHF i ahve to wait to see the neuro beofe I can have the portable O2. I tried the sumitriptan spray at work, it wasn't effective. The injection did work when I got home though, had a goodish day yesterday... Thanks for the advicce about the 'welding tank, i could look into that too I must say though my manager was brilliant I always have the 'sprays', but what I need to do is get my doctor to prescribe more injections, she tends to only want to give me the 'sparys', they're not as effective though...why is that? Take care you guys, sending many, many hugs and best wishes for PFDAN !! x
  5. Hi my knowledgeable and helpful afflicted by the black demon beast... I've been hit the last two days at work, yesterday was the worst. I took at Sumitriptan spray Tuesday and had ice on my eye, temple etc all day long. Had a terribly painful and quite dangerous drive home and hit the 02 with some caffeine. This gave much more relief. Yesterday!! OMDays, hit again but much worse. Unfortunately I didn't have a spray and as you guys know, pain-killers did nothing...all i had was ice, which dulled the pain very slightly now and again. By 4pm i was writhing in the ladies toilets. It was embarrassing, for others I suppose, but who cares what they think when you feel like that? I was given so much advice about what to do for my 'headache' - try and lie down in the office with the light off etc...have you had some paracetamol? You know...Anyway, I had to leave my car at work and one of the managers drove me home. I think he felt out of his comfort zone to say the least. I had Sumitriptan injection and caffeine with my O2 when i got home. SO much better, but shadowing and waking all through the night. So guys, my question is...have you got any tips on what else I could do as I've not got portable O2 (until I see the neuro to prescribe it in 4 weeks) and I haven't started 'busting' ???.... yet!! Thank you in advance, and apologies for my ramblings. Wishing you all PFDAN
  6. Read as much info on here as you can and ditto the above about the O2!! There's so many fantastically knowledgeable people on here, you'll have lots of help and support Are you able to order the RC seeds? This is a site recommended on here: http://allsalvia.co.uk/salvia-shop/entheogens/rivea-corymbosa-virgin-seeds/ Sending best wishes your way

  8. Mmmm, interesting... I have many allergies - also tested for and pretty much have to take antihistamines all year round. The post-nasal drip comes with this too, from the 'Allergic Rhinitis'. I wonder if desensitisation/Immunotherapy would help?
  9. Bless him - what a great article There's always light at the end of the tunnel

    First Post

I ditto the thoughts on Toparimate/Topamax - came off mine yesterday...My brain hasn't been my own! Memory is rubbish; I'm a danger to other road users; can't think straight; words come out wrong; terrible pressure in my left eye and temple; vision comes and goes... It must do more harm than good!! I'm going to give the seeds a try!! Like the real experts say on here, " they're natural!" Also, definitely give the Vitamin regime a go - it will make a difference Best wishes to you
  12. OMG!! Well done for being 'politely persistent'!! I bet you wanted to shove their tank up their 'nose'...I would!! So pleased you've sorted it out! What a nightmare for you. Hopefully it won't be repeated

  14. Hello Luigi, Your English is amazing Sorry you are suffering with CH but you have come to the right place! There are so many caring, knowledgeable fellow suffers on here that are more than willing to offer help and advice...I too am new to the site so can't offer much in the way of advice but I'm sure that there will be lots along soon. You can find lots of information on other posts as you read through them from vitamin supplements, oxygen and busting.. There's also a menu tab over on the right hand side too...
  15. AAW, Think the whole process probably uses up loads of energy too as well as generally grinding us down... Loads of hugs all round and plenty of what you both enjoy

  17. Morning all... Thought I'd add to this too... I totally agree! All my evening, weekends and holidays are overshadowed with bad-heads!! I also wondered if it was something to do with de-stressing, I do try to continue to drink as much at home as I do at work. But, as soon as I know I'm ready for finishing, my head can start, so could it be psychological?? Or the beast playing cruel tricks? Car/bus/train/plain/boat journeys are always a nightmare, no matter how short, they always make me feel ill Not so bad on journey driving to work, but coming home with a head!!! OMG!! I hate shopping centres too...always thought it was the overcrowding, noise and lighting....If i HAVE to go i ALWAYS end up taking meds whilst there...best avoided, online shopping is a godsend Regular sleep pattern, if you can get it... a must I find sleep so difficult though, so this is kind of a vicious circle for me. Happy weekend
  18. OH MY DAYS just looked at the link, that is my mum to a T!! sent her the link...she's suffered with that for over 10 years... you are clever researchers Gold star to you
