Thank you everyone for the reply. I will go see a neurologist. I'm just concerned because its always on one side of the head. I could be deficient in something as health has never been a priority. I will update this post as soon as I find out

Hi everyone! 

My name is mondo and I'm new here. I've been here before reading a lot of the threads. I finally have the guts to speak out. I've been getting these sharp pains on my left temple. I've been getting them since 2015. They only come on around a certain time period of the year. They come in groups. The pain has never been debilitating to me. It does feel like a strong sharp pulse that makes me sweat a little bit on my upper lip. I've never been awoken by one. I don't get a runny nose or red eye and dont remember them being centered on my eye or behind. They are always on my left temple and will sometimes feel it bug my molars on the left. The intensity of the pain has been about the same the last few years. I work in construction and sometimes I've had to step aside to deal with them. They come on very random through out the day. Also it is unlikely that I get more than one in a day. Sometimes I feel my temple throb but it will not fully develop. Other times they can last from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. I went into the ER a year ago to make sure I wasn't having an aneurysm. I had a CT scan done and was told by the doctor that I was good but that it could be cluster headaches. So now im hear wondering if anyone has ever had their cluster headaches start like mine... does it sound like cluster headaches? I still need to go to a specialist.
