Almost too large if you get the extra course (see pic) He ships very quickly too. I have found that just putting a dry layer of very on the tops and bottoms of the cakes are almost better. I also started to use a spray bottle to make the very light moist before rolling. I have been wanting to try finer very thanks for the tip. Let me know how this works out for you, i also heard that sawdust is pretty good to use also.
