My grand-grandfather, who suffered from CH (I inherited it from him), had a surgery later in the years, to get his trigeminal nerve removed (not with radiofrequencies, yet the final effect is the same). Guess what? After 1 year of relief, CH came again just as usual. He suffered by a lot of additional issues also, like loss of sensitivity on that side of the face, difficulties during mastication, etc. For me it's 100% useless, for other people... who knows, but I won't bet on that.
