He did try the vitamin D in the past, I just forgot about it. Migraineur 75 he usually does the sub-psychedelic dose. Thank you also for your practical advise and your humor. Hi I'm writing to help my husband who has a 30 year history of episodic cluster headaches. In 2011 we stumbled upon Bob Wold and Clusterbusters. My husband began using mushrooms 2 times a year for prevention and has been headache free. There are absolutely no words to express how grateful we are. This year Dan has started to get a few shadows, unfortunately we did not prepare well and currently do not have mushrooms. He was able to obtain two doses of LSD but is terrified to use it. Can anyone help with recommendations for dosing etc?
