just thought i'd drop in and say hello. wondering how this thing works exactly.. i've never used a message board before so bear with me. my name is TJ, i'm a chronic sufferer and I live in South Dakota. i've suffered with clusters for just a little over half my life. is there anyone who might be able to give me some tips on terminology and abbreviations please? thank you ;D
