Can the D3 regimen upset the stomach? I'm on the D3 regimen + the version we have here of Benadryl (each caplet contains: Paracetamol 500mg, Diphenhydramine HCI 25ng). I eat very little and very healthy nowadays, but still suffer from an upset stomach. It wasn't like that a few days ago, and nothing else has changed.
