True noethical. Are you on oxygen?

Hi guys. My partner of 10 years is in this third cycle of cluster headaches. He has them every 3 years for 6 weeks and this year a few months earlier than normal. Anyone tried botox? He's currently on oxygen and the other standard medication ( forgot the names bit the blood pressure one and nasal sprays). Update. He's just locked himself in the bathroom crying. Oxygen not working. This is a bad one. Nothing I can do...
