I used Imitrex that had expired 3 months past the date, and it worked. It got rid of my migraine. I did not have any side effects or issues. it was all i had on me until I got home to get the ones that were not expired in case i needed another later on. I would say I bet even 6 months past the expiration date it would still work. Just might take longer for full effect.
