Hi Nikkk, thank you so much for sharing your story. I am a 78 year old man with episodic CH for maybe 40 years. I usually only use oxygen and it takes maybe 10 minutes to abort a CH. My last cycle was 6 months ago. I used micro dosing and most definitely cut the pain and intensity down quite a bit I am now feeling some pain in my cheek area but no actual CH pain yet. I will try your dosing technique to abort the cycle. Did psilocybin abort your last cycle? Please explain dosing, etc. do you wait 5 days between doses? Have you tried micro doses?
