  1. Hey Clusterbusters, If you’ve ever felt the frustration of being misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or just ignored because of your cluster headaches, you're not alone—and it's time to change that. We’re working on a coordinated advocacy push this year, and we need passionate voices like yours. Whether you want to write your local rep, share your story publicly, or support our awareness campaigns, there’s a way to get involved. Ideas we're working on: A 2025 virtual awareness week Advocacy training webinars Congressional outreach efforts Patient testimonial collections Drop a comment if you’re interested in joining the effort or have ideas of your own. Together, we’re louder—and stronger.
  2. Man, that sounds brutal — like your cycle put on a full battle kilt in week 2 and came charging in, only to ease off just enough to keep you guessing. Even with fewer attacks, those “dripping in sweat” bangers sound like they’re taking a serious toll. It’s especially tough when your usual aborts and busting methods aren’t working. I’ve had cycles like that too — unpredictable and stubborn, like a kilt-wearing warrior who refuses to retreat. Hang in there. Sometimes even the toughest cycles shift when you least expect it. Wishing you strength and relief — and maybe a cycle that decides to throw in the towel (or the kilt) soon.
  3. Is it just me, or have cycles been hitting harder for some of us recently? Mine’s been more intense and unpredictable than usual. Just wondering if others are going through something similar, and if you've found anything lately that’s helped even a little. Hang in there, everyone.
  4. Thanks for the welcome! I’ll give that post a read. Looks like it’ll answer a lot of what I’ve been wondering about. I’m sure I’ll have some questions once I dive in!
  5. Hi everyone, I’m new here and just wanted to say how grateful I am to have found this forum. Like so many of you, I’ve been navigating the challenges of cluster headaches and all the confusion, frustration, and pain that comes with them. I’ve tried a few things, some that helped a little, some that didn’t—but I know I have a lot to learn. More than anything, I’m here to connect with others who get it. Sometimes it’s just good to know you’re not alone in this fight. Looking forward to reading through your stories, learning from your experiences, and hopefully finding some new ideas or inspiration along the way. Wishing relief and strength to everyone out there.
