I'm episodic, discovered Bob Wald 3 years ago and tried to be my own doctor.
It turns out that LSD derivatives were, for a time, very effective — sometimes even breaking my cycle.
But this year, it's been more difficult...
I'm currently on my third "therapeutic trip," but after the usual 5 days, the pain comes back.
I started with 30µg, then took 60µg seven days later, and 20µg three days ago...
But today, it's flaring up again.
I’d also like to know if anyone understands why oxygen isn’t always effective — do you have any advice or insights?
