Just wanted to say a quick thank you for this site. I have been cluster free for one year, doing maintenace doses every few months and last week the headaches hit hard. I did one dose of mushroom tea which slowed things down. My doctor strongly recommended I try Topomax and Prednisone, even though I have been med free for years. I couldn't decide what to do, so I came back to this site and read old posts and decided to give busting one more try before resorting to meds. Well...good news, I have been h/a free for 3 days.  So grateful because I don't have to deal with side effects, keeping track of increasing and decreasing meds!! AND my head feels clear, no pain!!! So to anyone reluctant to try, give it a shot, ask for advice from those that have tried. Again...thanks for being here.
