hey everyone, i have had CH's for about 20 years. 1-2 a day for about 6-8 weeks twice a year now. first 12 or so years were year around with very few short breaks. but i have a couple of questions from reading post on this forum and at cluster headaches .com 1) what are shadows? 2) can you get RC seeds in the US? thanks for all the good info. wish everyone the best at trying to get rid of the beast.
