I’ve just started taking this 2 days ago. I know it’s anecdotal at this point but I’ve been in a cycle for nearly 10 months now. Nothing is helping d3 , mushrooms everything. my doctor here in Canada gave me a 30 day trial and so far it’s really helping. I’ll update soon
