Hello: I'm a new member of Clusterbusters (tonight), although I've been visiting and reading for awhile. I've had CH for just over 30 years (I'm 54 now) and think I'm ready to "bust." I'm in cycle, and I've bought Woodrose seeds, so am preparing to detox. I can get off the Preds, the Imitrex, the ergots, etc., but I am on 960 of Verapamil. I know I can reduce that amount, but a side effect of Verapamil for me is that it is actually good for my heart. Question: How important to my detox is the cleansing of Verapamil? Any insight would be appreciated. I appreciate this wonderful way to share information about CH. Thank you!
