Hi, I lived in Dubai from 2009 to 2013 and had a couple of cluster headache episodes during that period. I went to the German Neuroscience Center, which was in Healthcare city. They were quite helpful, got me an oxygen bottle as well as prescriptions for Verapamil, Imigran etc. Good luck and all the best. Josh
