  1. I don't have oxygen atm. I dont think they would allow it atm due to me being in student accommodation. I have verapamil and when the doctors is open I should be able to get my nasal spray for sumatriptan which usually does the trick after 5 minutes or so. It's just here in the UK you get 6 doses per £8 prescription so I ration it and decide only to use it during the worst headaches or when it wakes me up and I have work the next day. If this is your first cycle, welcome to the club. I hope you find a medication that suits you well. Hopefully you'll be lucky like me and only have a cluster period every couple of years or so. I count my lucky stars that it's the case with me and my every sympathy goes to anyone suffering daily.
  2. So I've suffered with episodic Clusters for about 7 years now. Some times it skips a few years with my last cluster period being about 3 years ago, that one being the worst and also the first time my mom saw me suffering with the 5am cluster. I've started getting the ache in the left side of my head. Not to the pain I know clusters brings but what other symptoms or feelings do you get when a cluster period is on the way? I have the feeling mine are in the post. Last time they hit it was exactly on new years day.
