Hello All - first time posting. Reading through all the previous posts has helped a lot as I suffer from CH’s as well. Question: how many days/nights do you usually go In a row without having a CH before thinking your cycle is over? Mine usually last 2-3 weeks every night and then I go to out of cycle for at least a year (I’m lucky). I know there may be a wide range of answers here but generally curious.
