I can't say what effect it has or hasn't on CH but I have been taking 3gm a day for the past 15 years and I almost never catch a cold. I also followed the studies into vitamin c and cancer treatments as well as heart issues and although I'm no scientist i swear by vitamin c. Having watched your link I'm off to have an extra vitamin now as I happen to be in middle of a major CH season and will literally take a lead pellet if I thought it would help
