He is currently located at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. I have read a lot of very good things about him and would like to try and get an appointment. I called the Mayo Clinic and was told that there are no available appointments now and for the foreseeable future. I'm hoping that if I can contact him via email he may consider finding a few minutes to talk to me . Thanks again for everyone's help!
