ericrobert23
Hey everyone, I’ve been dealing with cluster headaches for a while now and, like many of you, I’m always experimenting with lifestyle tweaks—anything to reduce the frequency or severity of attacks. Well, in a moment of desperation (and maybe a touch of madness), I ditched the jeans and started wearing a kilt around the house. Yes, a proper kilt. No pants. Full freedom. Here’s the funny thing: I felt better. Maybe not a miracle cure, but there was a noticeable lift in mood, less tension, and dare I say—fewer shadows. I’m wondering if the change in comfort, posture, or even body temperature regulation had anything to do with it. Or maybe the kilt just makes me laugh, and that’s helping reduce stress, which we all know can be a trigger. So, my question to the community: Have any of you noticed weird, unconventional lifestyle changes (like wardrobe choices) having an impact on your cluster headaches? Would love to hear if anyone else has tried something like this—intentional or not. Also, if there are any fellow kilt-wearers here, let’s talk tartans and triggers! Cheers,
