Research Survey: Chronic Headaches & Psychedelics

[Microdosing Collective]

The Microdosing Collective is a non profit organization promoting community, education, and policy to promote a new paradigm for optimal well-being.

We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

Are at least 18 years old AND
Experience chronic headaches (15 or more headache days per month for a minimum of 3 months) AND
Have used Psychedelics during the period when they have experienced these headaches
