busting again

ok I have busted before with good results and stopped for two years. Well my head is getting worse again and I want to start busting again. Where is the link or thread to explain how to do it again. There used to be a big page of step by step how to. I am using mushrooms. (I got a good supply). Please help.  Ps I suffer both complicated migraines and cluster headaches double trouble. This year since the early fall has been hell .
