Just wanted to come back to this forum after 5 years of being pain free from clusters. I have taken 5-10,000 IU of D3 daily and have not suffered from a single Cluster. It may not work for everyone but if you have yet to try this you might be missing out on something wonderful. Thanks an best of luck!
