Cluster Headache Community Events
Cluster headache can be isolating. Most of the people around us will never know what an attack feels like, and that's exactly why these events matter. Whether it's our annual conference, a virtual 5K you can walk from your own neighborhood, or a small meetup close to home, each one is a chance to be with people who truly understand. Come learn, come connect, or just come be around others who get it.

Clusterbusters 21st Annual Conference
Our patient conference is the heart of what we do. Once a year, the cluster community comes together for a long weekend of support, education, and connection. You'll hear from neurologists, researchers, patients, and caregivers, alongside treatment workshops, oxygen demonstrations, and quiet spaces to rest.
For many people, it is the first time they have ever been in a room with others who truly understand cluster headache, and that experience can be life-changing.

The Annual Virtual 5K
Each year we hold our #CureforCluster Virtual 5K, a run or walk you can complete anywhere in the world to raise awareness for cluster headache and help fund research.
Whether you go it alone or pull together a team of friends and family, you cover 5K wherever you are, on your own schedule, on race day. When you participate, remember to bring with you anything that will make the event easier on you, such as oxygen.

Spring Equinox • March 21
Cluster Headache Awareness Day
Every year on March 21, the cluster community around the world comes together to share what this condition is really like and to stand with the people living through it. The date falls on the spring equinox — the point when daylight begins to outlast the night.
📷 #UndertheHat campaign: post a photo of yourself wearing a hat with the hashtag and share a bit of your story — helping put a face to a condition that too often goes unseen.
More Events
Beyond our annual events, we hold a variety of smaller gatherings throughout the year. These are a wonderful, low-key way to connect with others nearby and build the kind of friendships that carry you through a rough cycle. Because these events change from season to season and place to place, we publish them periodically as they are scheduled.
We also host regular support groups for patients and care partners, a place to talk with people who truly understand what you're going through. Sign up for a support group.
