Definitely 25lpm, I have two regulators so i don't have to fumble if the bottle gets empty. I don't go for a mask, i cut the end off a tube because it makes it easier for me to hyperventilate for faster control of the beast and if you haven't looked into the MM you should it has taken my frequency and severity down to manageable levels.
