razorpp I have recently started taking B1 as I am waiting for all bits etc for D3 regime i understand from your post that it has stopped working for you ,is this still the case ? I have found that 300 mg in morning and 200 mg evening has given me Pf days but I still get hit 2 to 3 times a night ,has anybody else got any experiences with B1 Ross CCH
