  1. Hi everyone, this is the list of supplements I’ve been using. Just wondering if anyone might have any suggestions or feedback on my list of supplements

  2. Winters coming in Australia *plays GOT theme

but on a serious note, shadows have returned in the wake of winter time. So here I am again. Winter has never been a problem, but I am honestly thinking it might be fucking with my d3 Regimen, I’m going to try and convince my current GP (who is skeptic about my condition) to send me to a pathologist

  3. Hey guys, sorry for not responding, Uni is back on and I’ve been a bit busy, I am pleased to say that I think I’ve beaten the cycle, last night I went to a party and drank alcohol without the need for taurine or caffeine, I also haven’t needed an energy drink in a while so my hand tremors are back to normal and people have stopped looking at me like I’m Michael Jay Fox, life is good

  4. Well, after obtaining my supplements before the headaches surfaced I wasted no time doing the loading dose, my last shadow was on the 26th of December, since then, I was PF with the use of energy drinks, and now, I have my supplements, and am starting to feel good, going to be staying away from alcohol for a bit

Hey BOF, my Supplements arrived a few days ago, my friend told me the dealer couldn’t get the Vitamin M, fortunately I had great success with energy drinks, tbh I’m actually amazed that something as bad as ch can be aborted with an energy drink. Not healthy, drinking one half a litre of red bull a day, but I’ve pretty much been 95% shadow free so far this year, and considering how intense the shadows were in December if feel like I should’ve had full blown attacks by now, in any case I’m staying vigilant and keeping my guard up, I’ve managed to get away with a few drunken parties by mixing vodka with redbull (apparently some people can avoid the alcohol trigger by drink around 4 servings in less then an hour) I could be one of those, or the red bull might be doing it, or maybe the CH decided not to come yet, again though, still staying vigilant, be ordered my lab tests and have began the loading dose, I figured I would considering how long it’s been since I last did the regimen, so I’m cautiously optimistic that I may have escaped this cycle, but only time will tell, jan 25 is when my headaches are supposed to go full force, so we shall see

Edit: pls excuse the grammar mistakes, my keyboard is acting like a pissed off teenager and not cooperating with me

  6. Mate for God sakes, there are people on here asking real questions and are needing info but there posts aren’t getting attention because ur taking up everyone’s attention, out with it or stop trolling

  7. Alright fellas, I’m nearing my January cycle, currently on D3 but fear the clusters still might break through, moneys a little tight atm, not sure if I can afford welding oxygen, but what are some non prescription abortives that you guys use for ur headaches. I feel like five hour energy shots may be the way to go, especially whilst I’m at Uni

  8. So everyone, as the title states, the next cycle is only around the corner, the d3 regimen is staying strong, and I haven’t had any shadows yet, at this time of year I usually have minor and painless shadows as It nears summer here in Australia, my jan cycle has always been worse then my mid year cycle in terms of intensity, I’m quite confident that continuing my use of vitamins will keep it at bay, but, i do have a touch of paranoia, would it hurt to up the consumption of vitiamins per day for the duration of the cycle? Is that common?

Question....what do you mean by “It’s damn well even shorter when you’re a ch’r”. Is our life span shorter because we get CH?

Haha, nothing to do with the life span, it’s more so the time CH takes away from us, for months at a time and years when you’re chronic, life is called to a halt when clusters return, you’re not living when you’re going through a cycle, hence the quote “life happens between cycles”

they teach us the value of pain free time & we gain a greater level of understanding & compassion for people who live with pain.

I couldn’t agree more, if there is one thing cluster headaches has taught me, it’s to make the most of every moment you have and to not waste time, life is short enough as it is for people without cluster headaches, it’s damn well even shorter when you’re a ch’r, read a quote that said “life happens between cycles” hit me hard

  12. Well guys the time has come for me to refill my arsenal, as I am running low on supplements

the supplements worked fine, but some of the brands were different from batch’s list of personal supplements

Would anyone know if Batch might have a complete list of supplements he uses? I know that’s a bit to ask and I don’t want to be the guy on the forum who wants info handed on a platter, but I just want to be a safe as possible and follow batches list of supplements to the book

PS reason I’m posting this on the public forum is because I can’t messege batch for some reason

  13. Thanks BOF, thinking about it gets me a little bit teary, I thank God every day this place exists, and that I was born in a time where cluster headache sufferers have the knowledge we have now, without that I’d never be at this point, realistically, to be blunt, I don’t think I would’ve lived past 30 with how clusters were affecting my life, then I found this place, I owe everything to this forum

  14. I can relate to that too, for a long time I was filled with so much anger and disgust at the fact that I and many other people have to go through this...even more so, what is so infuriating is that millions of people have this disease, and yet fuck all is contributed to its research, yes, it’s rare, but not rare like progeria, there are many other conditions with the same level of rarity and receiving significantly higher contributions to research

  15. I’m very active on the clusterheads subreddit, that place is what lead me to clusterbusters, something I saw really got on my nerves, someone posted a video of a video of a cluster headache attack...and it pretty much triggered the worst anxiety I have felt in a while, the fear of knowing that more then likely I’m going to go through that again at some point, when I was new to cluster headaches, I made a very common mistake and watched videos on YouTube of people having cluster headaches, I wish I never did that, it only made the process of finding out I had clusters more traumatic, the fear and anxiety I felt when watching those videos, particularly that one with that woman who was screaming and having her partner slap her forehead was too much to bare and it made the experience much worse. Although I haven’t yet experienced the heights to level of CH pain, I still live in fear that I’ll one day reach that point...I was quite angry that the person had posted the video, for me, a video of a cluster headache is like a gorey video to people who hate blood and gore, I hate watching them, it’s scary, that’s why I stopped researching on YouTube altogether. I personally don’t think people with clusters, particularly people who are new should watch videos of attacks, there is little to be gained that can’t be gained anywhere else in terms of knowledge, the people that should watch those vids are people who don’t have clusters, to raise awareness and she’d light on what we go through, so I felt like my safe haven had been somewhat breached when someone had posted a video of an attack, nothing wrong with sharing such videos, in fact I admire it, it’s very brave to share that with people online, but subreddits and forums for people trying to seek help and people who are more then likely at the heights of their depression and anxiety due to agonising pain should not be exposed to videos like that, it just isn’t the appropriate forum to post attack videos...anyway that’s my vent, I’m mindful that this may not be a popular opinion, I just felt the need to get that out of my system

  16. Well guys, I’d like to start with my weight loss, as some of you may have read in my earlier posts, perhaps about 2 months ago now I believe, I had a significant weight gain from 75 kilos to 88 in the space of 4 months from January, where my cycle started, the cycle was only small, but I had dealt with heavy post cycle shadows for a several months. As a result, I stopped going to th gym and began eating very unhealthy, before I knew it I went from being quite fit and athletic to overweight, I am please to say that I am at the half way point, i now weight 81.3 kilos, only 6 more kilos to go before I reach my original weight, I attribute my motivation to lose the weight to living pain free for the last 2 or so months, the d3 regimen has pretty much made me feel as normal as I was before my first ever cycle, It’s the best thing I could’ve ever asked for, also, was going to save shrooms for desperate times, but I figured I may as well add another layer of protection for my brain and have some fun as well, I’ve been hitting the books hard, and my social life is back to normal as...even met a lovely lady on tinder ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Pretty much, I haven’t been this happy since before my first cycle, and I would say that this forum is the best thing to ever happen to me...I don’t think I’d be where I am right now if it wasn’t for this place, so thank you, now the only painful thing I have to worry about now is having my foreskin cut off

PS I’m going to the burning man this year, SUPER EXCITED
