I’ve been on emgality for a year. Significant decrease in migraine days. I get a rash at injection site that only ice can soothe. Comes mostly at night days after injecting, extremely itchy.
My question is, has anyone noticed nodular acne as a side effect? I have always had acne issues, but never huge, under-the-skin acne. It’s all along my chin.
I did not take my dose this month because I am planning to become pregnant and getting off the medication. I am noticing a significant decrease in nodular acne. I wonder if Emgality has been the cause.
