This?  Not much different from RC, except the preparation is different and you use fewer "seeds" (although in the case of HBWR, the seeds are inside).  http://www.clusterheadaches.com/cb/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1290128974

The suggestion to start with two seeds might be a little low.

Have you already tried RC?  Most people prefer it because it's easier to work with.
