Hi everyone just wanted to say hi. I have been pain free since 3 years ago thank the gods. I still have the seeds and still contemplate on using them everyday, but so far i have been able to wrestle my little demon down. How you might ask. Well Vitamin D3 protocol. I am also in a very strict anti-histamine diet. I eat chicken, potatoes and rice. Thats it. No seasoning only salt. Sometimes every few days I treat myself to a burger or something but besides that I eat those three things. It has been working for me. For those of few that are having a hard time with the clusters you may want to try it. I can actually tell when I have been having too much histamine in my body because I start to get shadows. I am getting pretty tired of just eating those three things so this year maybe the year of me trying the RC seeds...maybe. lol. Anyway, I hope that all of you are PF and if not I hope pain free days come your way sooner rather than later. Stay strong everyone.
