Hello, new here my name is Jon and I'm 33. I've had a chronic headache, back pain, neck pain, and chronic muscle tension for 9 years. The pain never turns off 24/7 pain. I grew up healthy and extremely active and then it started. I have been to all kinds of doctors which have no idea what is wrong w me. I look healthy. One neuralagist said I'm just unlucky and gave me some antidepressants, what bs. I've done massage acupuncture chiropractic kava Marijuana all kinds of meds etc etc. Chiropractor and muscle relaxers give some temporary relief. This has ruined my life. I drink beer daily to numb the pain. I'm flat broke w no insurance or job. I live w my parents and am wearing them out. I'm soon to be a father and I'm at the bottom in every way. No one understands me, I have lost everything, friends, family, career, gained 100lbs. I've had mri blood test scans. Soon I will be getting mri of my back as I think that's where the source is. Recently a friend recommended shrooms and they have given me relief! I did 1 gram last night and woke today with mild pain, I'm curious to see how micro dosing works. Hopefully 1 day I can be cured. Everyday is HELL. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I will post more when I get to the laptop I'm on phone so hard to type. I do have lots of positive info on headaches very familiar w them. Just needed to rant a little ty for taking the time to read. I will be updating my shroom experiment.

Looking forward to hearing how this goes for you!  Since it doesn't sound like you have cluster headaches, I can't really offer more than my best wishes that the shrooms will do really good things for you.  It is generally believed that taking them more than once every five days (or at least four) is a waste, since the receptors are not open to receive the effects of shrooms for several days.  I would think that would hold true for any shroom-based treatment program, not just for CH.
