After CGRP antagonists, 5-HT1F agonists are the second class of substance to prove that migraine attacks can be treated with a drug that has no vascular activity.

This is the line I found to be so interesting....I have often wondered if the "body" doesn't throw in the vasodihalation as sort of an after thought or a response to what it perceives "must be occurring" when the pain center receives the pain messages.  Which I have read, has been proven in CH.  Pain first, vasodilation second.
