jpknowmad
I have had episodic clusters since 2005. I am 26 years old and just recently ordered some of these seeds from bouncing bear. I detoxed from melatonin, coq10, but stayed with magnesium and b2. I ground 4 seeds and added them to an organic green tea bag and let it sit in 1/2 cup of room temp water for 12 hours. I felt one coming on and immediately drank the tea. The headache disappeared in about 5 mins but felt absolutely no other effects from it. This was about 10pm last night and I was awakened at 6am with a terrible ch. I know i have to wait 4-5 days before another dose. My question is did i just not take enough for any prolonged effect or did the tea possible decrease the effect? I am 6'3 and 200lbs if that has any bearing on the dose. Should I wait 5 days and maybe try 6-8? Thanks for the help. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Jimmie PS i hadn't eaten for 2.5 hours before the tea and had nothing for 3 hours afterward. gizmo
3-5 HBWR seeds are usually enough for me. But that of course depends on the seeds strength. The tea might have an effect. I let the seeds simply soak in water for 2 hours before drinking the stuff. You can also try soaking them in wine, provided alcohol / wine isn't a trigger for you. Cassidy
It sounds to me like you did all the right stuff. There are a few different ways to soak the seeds, but what you did should be fine. My best guess is that you had a "post dose hit." That is to be expected after dosing and most often happens within a 3 day period. Sometimes those hits are worse than the regular ones, at least for me they are worse. Easy to say, but just hang in there and repeat in 4 or 5 days. I think you started out with the right number of seeds.             Best wishes  Leslie
