Sorry David, was offline for a few days. Just got back from Delaware, son's baseball tournament. And yes, suprise, suprise, suprise, I had a few cold ones. I actually did the Gomer Pyle voice on that last line.

Just a quick note, had my son's 13th birthday party this weekend and treated myself to quite a few cold ones. Nothing but a little hangover to report. Hope summer finds everyone some pain free enjoyment!!!!

Two hours is plenty, from what I have read the additional time has not added any benefit. Someone will be along with more detailed advice.

I have tried the RC seeds in the past and recently as well. I think the shrooms are more effective, hard to put into words but I would recommend them over the seeds. Obviously, the seeds are easier to get, but the results I think are worth the effort. I used the seeds this time around for shadows. Stuck a few crushed inder the tongue and it helped greatly.

Well, thankfully my cycle has ended, I have passed mutliple beer tests. Unfortunately my farm is not doing so hot. Mycobags just do not like to work for us do they? Guess it is about time to take the growing a little more serious and use the tried and true method. Hope everyone is enjoying at least some pain free summer. I am sending out positive vibes to everyone who is suffering. Stay strong!!! 8-)

This medicine list is actually quite similar to many here at one point or another. I would suggest trying to taper off and just use 02 and red bulls and then give RC seeds or shrooms a try. If that doesn't work, then he could consider further options. Just my one cent worth.

Just a quick update. Spent two days in Atlantic City, surrounded by smoke (so sensitive as a former smoker), lights, lack of sunlight and time awareness. Lost money but no hits, no runs, no errors. Not even a shadow. Psyched!!!!

I would recommend getting welders 02. Same oxygen, no script, and much cheaper. I pay $48 for a refill of the large tanks, called an m tank I believe. Highly recoomend talking a serious look. Make sure you get the right regulator and mask. Check the link on the menu button to the left. I am dead serious when I say that 02 has saved my life.

I always try to stay on top of my allergies and take the generic version of either allegra or claritin. Been so long I can't even remember. Either way, it has never effected my mood or stomach. I would definitely think a nose spray could, in fact the zomig nasal spray has caused a nasty drip in the back of my throat which has caused me to vomit after a spray a few times.

Yes, I couldn't imagine anything worse then being chronic. But never feel guilty about the help you receive. Sometimes seeing others succeed helps others get through a day. Best pain free wishes.

Sometimes I have a very hard time writing the way I feel. That was well said Bob and I couldn't agree more about the wonderful job you and everyone else has done here. Thanks to everyone for sharing that dark and bright times with us. It makes us better people.

Had the wierdest shadow this morning. Not even convinced it was a ch shadow as the weather here in NY has been humid and hot as hades. Red bull didn't help but two advils seemed to do the trick so I am thinking it could not have been ch related. I hope!!!!! Anyway, sat out at a b-que with friends tonight and nothing. Whew!!!!!!!!!!

The 02 advice is huge. Click on the menu icon to the left and read about 02. It can be a lifesaver. Then do some reading of the clusterbuster file forum. Unbelievable amount of great information. Take the time to sort it all out, it can indeed be overwhelming but also life changing.

Hey DD and alleyoop, sorry I missed your posts. With the kids I didn't get to do much besides golf and the pool. There were still some places their that I remebered from twenty years ago but the Bowery is not ringing any bells. Do you remember where in myrtle it was?

Can't believe how many new threads since before I went on vacation. Can't seem to catch up on the postings. Trying! Still doing well, gotta start thinking about getting back to my nutrionist. Gaining weight from not caring about healthy food. Wondering if some of the foods I was eating are the cause for my Ha's returning this time around? Hmmm....need to be careful next time I visit.

Jeff, if you can afford it, go for welders oxygen, no script needed, same o2. I have the big tank in my bedroom of welders 02 and the small tanks through insurance at work. Best of luck to you and keep us posted.

Wow! just got back from a nice week long vacation to myrtle beach. It was awesome, the weather was hot as hell, but no rain. Spent the whole week either on a golf course or in the pool. Kids had a blast, the best news????? NO headaches!!!!!!! And I did the beer test often.

Hey fellow New Yorker! Glad you got to enjoy the conference, wish I had could have made it. I keep promising myself that I am going to make one of them. Need to get serious about that, I finally met a fellow sufferer and it was as if we had known each other for a lifetime. Welcome home!
