JH, in my experience, taking oxygen at night only pauses the headache for two hours. Super annoying...

Indomethacin used to work for me, when my clusters weren't as powerful. But over time the headaches started to break through, especially at night. good luck.

Hi Everyone, When is the best time of day to take the vitamin D regimen? I used to take the regimen at lunch time but I found it would make me tired and little confused for about 2 hours. Near bedtime would be ideal for me. But would that interfere with my sleep or the melatonin I take at night? Thanks!

Hello, I'm currently detoxing and getting ready for my first try with magic mushrooms. I have a question regarding antihistamines. This time of the year I suffer from hay fever. Is it okay to take antihistamines, like benadryl (Diphenhydramine) or Zyrtec (Cetirizine) while detoxing? Thank You!
