I will give some friendly advice on your mary J and other drug use. If you plan on trying to get into the med field you'll need to be 110% free of any substances, no matter the reason you take them. Some companies won't even hire if prescribed presription drugs show up on a uninalisis.
This is not true. While I am not arguing about the benefits of being sober, I know several professionals (RNs, physicians, PA's, dental students, etc..) who smoke weed. It is probably a good idea to stay away from drugs that may cause problems in your job, but it is entirely possible to complete medical school have a successful career and still use marijuana

The problem I see with your cookies is this - 1. you don't know how much was put into one cookie 2. you don't know if one cookie has 1 gram or 2 grams in it so it is going to be hard to gauge the dose this way.
Yeah, I thought about that. My wife has an important job that I wouldn't dare sacrifice by growing my own in the house, so Im going to have to find a reliable consistent source.

It seems there are a surprising number of CH sufferers who have important, high profile, or professional jobs in the household. I struggled with the same dilemma, but have come to the realization that there is VERY little risk involved if you make the right decisions

I know, I just found it odd that there was a bust so close to home. I am signed up for google alerts for "magic mushroom" and "cluster headache" and received an email with the link. Much to my surprise, it turned out to be here in AZ.

I dunno man, while silkroad seems to be okay now, it's only a matter of time before the feds figure out a way to start busting people. I think I would rather take my chances with people I know if I needed to obtain anything.

They sound like CH to me, with the exception of the unpredictability. Mine started out like clockwork but since I started busting they became unpredictable, so I don't think that rules out the diagnosis. Definitely get in to see a neuro ASAP and try to get some O2.
You are in the right place though, and you will find all kinds of support here. I suspect in a few minutes CH Father will chime in with all the info you could possibly want.
