  1. Thanks so much to all of you who donated auction items and also to those of you who purchased them, It was huge success this year! Next year we will be doing some of the big ticket items by silent auction, so everyone will have a chance to bid on them. Thanks again, Marsha see you in Nashville
  2. Andrew, We will miss you and your commitment to helping people with cluster headaches. RIP Marsha
  3. Thanks again to everyone who donated items as well as those who purchased items in the auction, it was a huge success this year. I already have a few items for next years auction. Marsha
  4. Hi all, It is getting close. Some have wondered what to bring to the auction and raffle and what has sold well in the past. Items featuring mushrooms (not the indigestible kind :-) ) have sold very well in the past. Here are some on line shops that sell a variety of mushroom related products www.madaboutmushrooms.com and www.justmushroomstuff.com. The baskets featuring wine and other goodies have also sold well. As you know the auction and raffle helps to pay for the conference and further research for CH so anything you can do to help would be appreciated. Thanks and I am looking forward to seeing you all soon, Marsha
  5. Hi, I will be bringing a couple of bottles of Merlot from the Canadian Okanagon wine country from a recent trip as well as a few wine glasses from the Burrowing Owl Winery for the raffle of a few wine baskets on Friday and Saturday night. I am hoping others can bring a few bottles of good wine to add to the wine baskets and maybe Mary (Bob W's wife) can bring two baskets for the wine. The raffle prizes and the auctions help pay for the conference as well as further research for cluster headaches. I am looking forward to seeing you all there. Marsha

  9. Eddie, You have an incredible story to tell and you are an inspiration to all of us. If you can also tell us about what happened in Portland, if you are comfortable telling us. Hint, hint, the angel from Portland that dropped something in your lap, so to speak. :-) Marsha
  10. Hi all, I hope to hear more inspiring stories next year in Chicago, Eddie, Dan and Lee Ann your personal histories with CH and your success makes everything worthwhile for those of us on the CB board. 1961 mom - I hope you find that mad scientist. :-) Alleyoop- BobB - I am enjoying a 6 year remission longest ever, do you think it could be the aging process? Mast, if you are reading this I sent the wine glasses to you today. And Eddie don't forget the letter openers that I won in the raffle. :-) Best wishes to you all and I hope to see you all in Chicago next year. Marsha
