I've had CH for just over 30 years (I'm 54 now) and think I'm ready to "bust." I'm in cycle, and I've bought Woodrose seeds, so am preparing to detox. I can get off the Preds, the Imitrex, the ergots, etc., but I am on 960 of Verapamil. I know I can reduce that amount, but a side effect of Verapamil for me is that it is actually good for my heart. Question: How important to my detox is the cleansing of Verapamil? Any insight would be appreciated. I appreciate this wonderful way to share information about CH. Thank you! I did, although I have always felt that I would have gotten even better results, had I been able to get off of the verap successfully. Give it a go. What have you got to lose?
