First time with Covid. To take Paxlovid or not?

I am always so hesitant to take any medications because I have no idea what triggers a cycle. Just caught Covid, was prescribed Paxlovid. Before I start it wanted to hear any thoughts you all had. I don’t really care about the Covid symptoms, I only care about what gives me lowest odds of headaches. So Paxlovid or no?
