Day after Shroom Regiment

quick question, Every time I do a shroom regiment, the day after I get headaches. Does anyone experince this?

Those could very well be slapbacks, which are very common after busting.
If you are clusterfree for some time after slapbacks, this is probably a good indicator you are doing it right.

I would second Inno, Slapbacks are common in busting most of the time it is only on the first and less on the following busts.
