If you have used psilocybin and have had a profound, personally meaningful experience you might be interested in this survey.  The Johns Hopkins Survey of Psilocybin and Spiritual Experience.

The criteria for participating in the survey is:

   1. You are at least 18 years old.

   2. You speak and write English fluently.

   3. You have taken an active dose of psilocybin mushrooms that produced moderate to strong psychoactive effects.

   4. You have had a profound, personally meaningful experience after ingesting psilocybin mushrooms -- whether or not you would use the word 'spiritual' to describe that experience.

   5. The experience referred to above (#4) occurred when you were between 18 and 70 years old and did not occur in the context of an official university/hospital research study.

BTW, both Hopkins and the CSP were at the MAPS conference in San Jose, some great research going on.
