Fall/Winter headache cycle

My shadows have been looming for two weeks or so.  Today, I started back on Batch's vitamin regimen.  Got my oxygen ready to go if it comes to it.

 

Does anyone else get hit only in the fall or am I the only one?

Cycle for me runs from he fall Equinox to the spring Equinox. So, yes! Glad you have your O2 ready. Always a good thing to do.

 

I stay on the D3 all year. It has been a huge help. I just cut back to 5,000 units of D3 in summer and go up to 10,000 in September.

@chrisself fall is the same for me. Just got my first of the year this morning. Fortunately it was somewhat mild, a nice warning shot of what's to come, if you will, gives me some time to prepare

january(30 CH)  ,....march-may(100 CH)  .....sept-oct(120 CH) ......my cycles and latest average count  .............. usa NY,  but I had one today which is weird ...
