Taking the Botox plunge

Never given intra.nasal botox injection ( - yet- she mutters...)  Altho - if nasal irrigation is a venue that helps? Then i could see how why and where that might help slow suicidal pain.  And that ain't bad.  fyi.

Sounds like there may be some early signs of change, which is promising. That link between your migraines and clusters is really interesting, and it makes sense to try targeting the migraines first.
